Restaurant founder, Juliana Carbajal has had 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry that caused her to dream up the idea of opening her own place. In as little as 2 months, with help from her husband Roberto she had her own business up and running. With her first open business flourishing with new and welcomed customers, the dream of opening a second place didn’t seem so farfetched. Now with over 21 years of experience, and with an opportunity to establish a second place, she took the risk and is now living her dream from when she was solely 18.
